Thank you for your interest in Educational Services Associates
(ESA)! We are an organization designed to meet the varied and unique needs
of children, adolescents, and adults with learning challenges, regardless of
the root of those challenges. Some of the services we offer are:
- Developing individualized classroom accommodations
- Addressing behavioral issues at school and at home
- Interpreting the practical implications of neurological, psychological,
and/or academic assessment results
- Developing strategies for managing homework struggles
- Prioritizing services already in place
- Referring to direct service providers, including (but not limited to):
- Tutors
- Educational therapists
- Speech/language specialists
- Occupational therapists
- Psychoeducational and neuropsychological
testing services
- Therapists
- Setting up programs for the gifted learner in and out of school
- Supporting families of atypical learners in the classroom and at
home
- Working with school personnel at Student Study Team (SST) and Individual
Educational Plan (IEP) meetings
We are also available to:
- Observe students in their classroom settings
- Provide in-service workshops for teachers
- Speak to parent groups at schools
- Provide advice and support for agencies serving children,
adolescents, and adults
- Supervise educational therapists earning hours toward professional
certification
